Guiding Eyes for the Blind
 
 
GEB is an internationally recognized guide dog school headquartered in Yorktown Heights, NY, with regional sites in twelve states from NY to NC. Our family of professionals, volunteers, and donors are committed to giving our students the gift of greater personal freedom, independence, and dignity by providing them the finest bred and trained guide dogs in the world.

Welcome to the Richmond Region of Guiding Eyes for the Blind
 
Our Richmond Region is based in the homes and lives of our volunteers from across the metro area including Mechanicsville, Midlothian, Goochland, Henrico and Richmond. We are a group of volunteers who have found joy, fulfillment and satisfaction in giving of our time and resources to Guiding Eyes for the Blind.

 
Mission Statement
Guiding Eyes for the Blind is dedicated to enriching the lives of blind and visually impaired men and women by providing them with the freedom to travel safely, thereby assuring greater independence, dignity and new horizons of opportunity.
